Shilpa Sudhakar

Shilpa Sudhakar helped establish Caspian along with founder Viswanatha Prasad in 2004. She has played multiple roles — strategic as well as operational — in the organization over the years, including in structuring Caspian's onshore and offshore funds, investment due diligence, portfolio management, fund raising, investor relations and reporting, fund operations, and overseeing governance and regulatory compliance. Having stepped back from an executive role in 2018, she now serves in a non-executive capacity on the board. She is also on the board of the Caspian Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Caspian.

An avid reader, Shilpa is the founder of a curated and independent bookstore in Hyderabad called Luna Books.
