Ria Das

At Caspian, Ria manages the investments of Caspian LeAF. From sourcing to due diligence to closing, she works on all aspects of the Fund's investments and investor reporting under the guidance of the Fund Manager.

In her previous role, she was an Investment Consultant at the Agri-Business Incubator of the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), where she managed DST, Government of India funds for startup investments.

Ria holds an M.Tech in Biotechnology Engineering from KIIT University and an Executive MBA in Applied Finance and Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She was a BIRAC fellow at Villgro Innovations Foundation.
