Aditya Pandey

Aditya Pandey is a Senior Manager – Investments at Caspian, where he leads deal sourcing, investment evaluation, and portfolio management across companies where strong business fundamentals meet meaningful social outcomes.

He has spent his career backing founders across AgriTech, ClimateTech, HealthTech, and Financial Inclusion. Previously, he was an early team member at Next Bharat Ventures, where he helped shape the firm's investment thesis across underserved markets. Prior to that, he spent around four years at Axilor Ventures evaluating and supporting early-stage tech startups across sectors.

He holds a degree in Agricultural Sciences from BHU, a PGDM from NAARM, and a PE/VC credential from ISB. Outside of work, he enjoys playing badminton and singing.
